About the Beach House

Upstairs

Upstairs there are four spacious bedrooms, sleeping 10. There is a king size bedroom, a double bedroom, a double with a single bed and a bed room with a bunk beds and a single bed. Two of the bedrooms have sea views. There is a lovely spacious family bathroom with walk in power shower and freestanding bath. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Downstairs

Downstairs there is a super open plan kitchen with granite worktops and dining area, which is very well equipped and has the option of opening up into the conservatory making it perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. Leading from the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine, dryer and a separate shower room. The large living room is furnished with two very comfortable sofas, large wide screen TV and has an open log fire.

Welcome to The Beach House

Introduction

Outside

The Beach House has a lovely garden space to the front and the back of the house. There is seating to the front of the house and an outside dining table on the patio leading from the conservatory. Perfect for BBQ's, sipping chilled beers and eating out on warm summer evenings. The garden is safe and secure for young children.

The Coast

The Gower Peninsular is a walkers' heaven. With its spectacular coastline, breathtaking countryside and historic castles and churches it's easy to see why. Gower was Britain's first designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The Beach House is very popular with walkers, with spectacular coastal walks starting right at the front door.
The cottage is well stocked with maps, routes and walks to suit all abilities and levels.
